We ran across a great-sounding recipe from Hotel Punta IslitaTHC, a member favorite located on the Pacific's Nicoya Peninsula in tropical Costa Rica. The resort's 1492 Restaurant, with its distinctive 50-foot thatched palm ceiling, serves delicious dishes made with locally grown herbs, spices, and vegetables. The herbal sauce recipe, called "Chef Lizeth's BBQ Chimichurri," has all easy-to-get ingredients, and is perfect for those of us who wring out every day of fall barbecueing we can.
