They all feature a sitting area and private furnished terrace looking out towards the swimming pool or the gardens. Rooms featuring a king size bed include a spacious bathroom equipped with a deep-soaking tub and separate shower. Rooms with two queen beds include bathroom amenities with a double shower. All rooms are air-conditioned and include complimentary beverages in a refrigerated mini-bar, daily housekeeping service, nightly turndown service, hair dryer, coffeemaker, alarm clock, iron and ironing board. With 560 square feet of living space, many of our rooms have sitting areas as well as furnished terraces.

With about 450 square feet of living space, each room features louvered windows to allow the soothing Caribbean breeze to pass through. Each room is air-conditioned with private terrace and breathtaking views of the Caribbean and Union Island. Ideally suited for two people, each room boasts a comfy king-size bed along with small sitting area and elegantly appointed bathroom and shower.

Ideal for families, they can each accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Providing an abundance of charm and privacy, our five Island Lofts say Caribbean at its best. With peaked roofs and louvered windows for a gentle tropical breeze, each loft boasts 514 square feet of living space for ultimate comfort. Three of the Island Lofts perch above the ground on stilts, set back from the beach amid lush gardens and are furnished with rattan furniture highlighted with bold, colorful fabrics. Two are housed in a shared wooden building right on the beach with views over the ocean towards the Tobago Cays. Each loft is furnished with king size beds, sitting areas, deep-soaking tubs, separate showers, private terraces and boasts panoramic ocean views.

Memory House is a two bedroom and two bathroom beachfront villa. Located on the north East side of the island and directly on the white sand beach. Back terrace features amazing views of Mayreau, Canouan and Mustique. Memory House has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen including 2 refrigerators, bar fridge and gas range. Large living and dining room that expands outside.
Master bedroom has a queen size bed with a walk-in-closet and an en suite bathroom and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds walk in closet and ensuite bathroom.
The private beachfront swimming pool is 10 x 20 x 5.
Complimentary WIFI, golf cart, bicycles and single and double kayeks.
